On December 23rd I picked up my car from getting a tire rotation, oil change, checking alignment, and looking at a broken visor. Upon picking it up, I noticed that the front drivers side wheel had been rotation, oil change, checking alignment, and looking at a broken visor. Upon picking it up, I noticed that the front drivers side wheel had been damaged. I pulled the car up in front of the dealership by the service garage and Jamie came out to look at that wheel. He said he would speak to the service manager and get back to me. I never received a call from Jaime, I had to call the service center again for him to call me back. He stated that he doesn't know how they could have done that to the wheel, but they would fix it. Fast forward to today February 3rd, I picked my car up after it getting dropped off to replace the broken visor and get the wheel touched up. On the night drop slip, I stated it was the front driver side wheel which is the problem wheel that was talked about and for them to not wash the car because it is ceramic coated. I went in spoke with Jaime, he let me know the rest of the wheels got touched up, which at first, I thought was really nice. Until I walked out to my car and nothing was done to my wheels. I walked back in and told Jaime that nothing had been done, I began to get extremely frustrated because the original problem addressed was the front driver side wheel, I wrote it on the slip, and confirmed via phone call Friday morning with Jaime that it was the front driver side wheel that would be fixed. He kept saying that they didn’t do that, and that they were not going to fix it, even though that has been the wheel that has been talked about this whole time. At this point, I am not even sure a wheel guy came out. To add, my car was washed which I explicitly wrote down for them not to do so. He was extremely unprofessional. Now here I am today, over two weeks past 3 February when I picked my car up with no work done to my wheel with no contact from Lin Rowe, the service manager who I was supposed to hear from, or anyone at Bommarito Honda besides Jimmy, and this is just extremely disappointing. How does anyone operate a place of business this way. My experience here has been below subpar. The night I got my BRAND NEW 2023 Civic Sport, there was a massive scratch down the side of it with a gash in the tail end of it. Which was an issue in itself to try to get them to fix. I ended up just taking it some where I trusted. Then my visor fell out of the ceiling of the car, and now this wheel situation. The only thing good about this dealership so far was my salesman, Jimmy. More
