They deserve a rating. Never Purchase or have ANY SERVICE done by this dealership. Not recommend for anyone, been trying to get in touch with service department (me calling and leaving messages) for two days and been waiting for a call back for four days and still nothing.. We purchased a used Dodge Van from them and the mechanical doors didn't work. They assured us they would fix them. Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, th mechanical doors didn't work. They assured us they would fix them. Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, they also repaired a loose piece of trim and gave us a new extra key.
