Worst car buying experience ever! I am very disappointed in how we were treated today at this dealership. We came in and planned to trade in two vehicles and buy two vehicles. The salesman Jamie Herbranson stormed off and told us we were a stupid waste of his time. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism we saw today. I would never return here, nor recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. More

This is practically my first experience with a dealer, but I can honestly say that it was really easy and I found the perfect car in my specific price range. I am a bit of a nervous person and the thought of buying a car was almost paralyzing to me, but by salesman Steve DeMarco was helpful and certainly not too pushy, even though I probably cycled through every emotion known to man! Financing worked to get me the most ideal payments and Tracey worked to get me all of the coverage I need within my budget. Every one of the cars were absolutely amazing! I feel not only did I get a great value on a beautiful car, but support from a dealership that went over and beyond to get me what I wanted. I'm very happy with my experience. Excellent Service and Extremely Helpful I purchased a slightly used Audi S5 from CBB in mid-December, and was helped by several of their employees with this, primarily Jamie. Several weeks a I purchased a slightly used Audi S5 from CBB in mid-December, and was helped by several of their employees with this, primarily Jamie. Several weeks after my purchased, I experienced a front tire blowout due to a defective tire (not the fault of CBB), and they quickly replaced both front tires with brand new ones free of charge and without even a mention of charging me with this replacement. They also sent a third-party towing company to help change the front tire when the blowout happened initially- also free of charge- and gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. They have all been extremely helpful and awesome in every way, and I cannot express my gratitude for their excellent service enough, both through the purchase and the service of the vehicle. More
