Came in with a “Hybrid system malfunction visit your dealer “ warning left the car overnight and found a rental by googling..got notified that my car was ready to pick up several hours later …told them dealer “ warning left the car overnight and found a rental by googling..got notified that my car was ready to pick up several hours later …told them I would pickup next day …got told by the service department that all it needed was a system upgrade ..no charge ..left the dealer and several miles later the “service needed light “ came on we turned back and talked to them about why this was going on …was told they only fixed the problem but did not do a complete system analysis and service…had to wait another hour to get it fixed ….my concern is that we are not from Nevada we have been driving since Illinois and were about to go back …imagine if this would have happened in the Neveda or Arizona desert..fyi we are both seniors citizens in our 70’s More
