Jamie really worked hard to get me in for an unexpected issue. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. I had to pick my car up after the service department was closed and she arran issue. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. I believe he was the sales manager, he was also wonderful explaining things to me. I really appreciate Audi Mechanicsburg —bu far the best service ever! More

We purchased our 2019 Q5 from Audi Mechanicsburg at Sun Motor Cars. We have returned for the 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K & 50K scheduled maintenance. Jamie has always checked us in and checked us out and patiently Motor Cars. We have returned for the 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K & 50K scheduled maintenance. Jamie has always checked us in and checked us out and patiently answered any questions that may arise. We have also on occasion spoken with the mechanic to get further understanding of an issue. Most important: we have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicle,which is likely due to the excellent service and maintenance that this dealer has provided. More

We were dealing with a very difficult issue. The service department was trying to fix an intermittent fault, the Issue kept returning. This went on for weeks. My frustration had peaked. Mechanicsburg Audi made me a offer I couldn't refuse. I'm now driving a new Q5. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I very pleased with the outcome, they didn't need to do what they did. There goal was customer service not what was best for the dealership. I am very glad I was dealing with mechanicsburg Audi, I will be doing so for a long time. More

They took care of everything i needed. My car needed a part that was not available and was soposed to go on vacation. I have a good relationship with this dealership But the bill to do a ten thousand mile check on my q8 etron was over 660.
