Tim and Jeff Holm did make an effort to introduce themselves, although Tim had met me several times before and is not really that genuine, it is the effort that counts. I also visited with the sales department about a new car...I'm not impressed with them, especially Jed Smith, who lacks knowledge-just does not know his products well at all. I will talk with Ross Taplin about the situation and if not resolved, I will speak with on of the Holms who will fix the problem. The dealership will fix the problem. More

From the moment we got there, we were treated extremely well, as if we were longtime customers. Jamie Avers was very honest about what he felt comfortable fixing on our Lexus and what he thought could best be done by a Toyota agency. He made all the arrangements for us to get back to Manhattan and even called later to make sure everything had gone well. What was also impressive is that while we were waiting for the inspection on our car, we had a chance to observe other staff members and their interactions with customers. On Saturday morning we called and asked if it w We ordered tires for our vehicle from Jamie Avers at Holm Automotive Center. They arrived on a Friday. On Saturday morning we called and asked if it would be possible to have the tires placed on our vehicle with an oil change and service that morning, as we were going to be passing through Abilene on our way to Manhattan to visit our son. Chuck Loader said, "Sure, we will try to work it in when you get here". When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and great hospitality. They quickly worked us in and we were soon on our way down the road. This is outstanding service in every aspect!!! More
