In today’s world were so many things are not right, John Connelly and his team of dedicated professionals, including Kristi Thornton - service manager, (who has been there for me for most of those 25 years) and Jaimie, the service advisor, (who has traveled this journey with me the past few years), have been wonderful. I took in my 2015 Acura RDX to have the headlights looked at. It has become very dangerous to see at night, there is no visibility whatsoever on the road. There has been many times I have almost crashed. I w at. It has become very dangerous to see at night, there is no visibility whatsoever on the road. There has been many times I have almost crashed. I was told by Acura that this is a normal reoccurring problem with a few of their cars due to the headlight assembly being manufactured with a certain material that is no longer used. They wanted to Charge me $3,000 to have this issue fixed. Why should this be the responsibility of the customer? I got an Acura because I’ve always heard of them being a good and reliable brand. I am very disappointed. I am considering trading in my car and being done with Acura. More
