It is never actually about the vehicle one purchases but the confidence and trust developed in the process that decides the purchase. With today’s social distancing and plastic barriers any relationship possible is further challenged with contactless buying and human interaction eliminated to the point that an erosion of confidence in the purchase can occur. I had been through a dozen test drives in various dealerships around Columbus in the last month , of course looking for the right car and deal, but more importantly looking for the right individual to provide a genuine level of confidence in both the vehicle and the dealers integrity.!n Billy Pruitt I found both, not just another dreadful used car sales hustle eager to say anything to close the deal. He didn’t pressure the sale whatsoever, He listened, and answered truthfully even when the answer might discourage the sale. I’ve purchased many cars in my 60 years and have experienced almost every variant of sales tactic and can assure from experience Billy is a rare find indeed. First new car for young driver! My daughter had a Volkswagon Jetta as her first car, but being tall, really wanted something with more head room and space. We are a Jeep family, still owning and driving a 1993 Wrangler while also owning a 2015 Wrangler, so she knew she wanted a Jeep. I went right back to Crown and Dan Bray where I had already purchased 2 vehicles. He set me up with one of his salesmen, James Williamson, who helped me get my daughter in the perfect Jeep for her, a Renegade.
