Hi, The experience at Luther was amazing, Alex has been the most patient person I've ever seen. There was a situation when we found out that the back seat cover was torned and someone had fixed it tem been the most patient person I've ever seen. There was a situation when we found out that the back seat cover was torned and someone had fixed it temporarily, we immediately called Alex (within 5 days) and brought to his notice. Though it was temporarily fixed again, but Alex made it a point to attend till it was done and kept communicating. My advice to Luther Brookdale is, though a customer is buying a used car, having the seat cover torned or in bad shape makes it a awful experience. I understand that used car come with a defect but this defect had turned me off for a while However, the car is great and am enjoying the ride each day. I would say the customer service was awesome. Thank You! More
