James was very nice, but promices were made about timing that should have not been made. If you cannot meet a commitment, then don't make it. Which was OK, BUT apparently there should have been paperwork between the sales and service department that wasn't done. And what should have been less than an hour appointment ended up being OVER 2.5 hours! Certainly not the way to treat a new customer! And a customer that had previously purchased a car from this dealership! More
