The Heritage Mazda dealership gets a mixed review. Everyone was nice and worked hard to close the deal. It was straight cash so there was no heavy lifting. A couple of negatives, Gabriel Walman promised a check for $250 to allow for window tinting and rubber all season mats, the dealership failed to deliver on both. The one other negative was the dealer topping off the tank with the wrong fuel which caused a check engine and some run issues. The initial stance from the service department was accusatory and negative but they did resolve the issue. More

James was very nice, but promices were made about timing that should have not been made. If you cannot meet a commitment, then don't make it. Then when we wanted wheel llocks installed, a cargo area liner that should have not been made. If you cannot meet a commitment, then don't make it. Then when we wanted wheel llocks installed, a cargo area liner and a bumper protector installed, we had to make an appointment. Which was OK, BUT apparently there should have been paperwork between the sales and service department that wasn't done. And what should have been less than an hour appointment ended up being OVER 2.5 hours! Certainly not the way to treat a new customer! And a customer that had previously purchased a car from this dealership! More

The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. James was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Once i selected and decided upon a particular vehicle, Ben (from the fina start to finish. James was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Once i selected and decided upon a particular vehicle, Ben (from the finance department) presented the tiered maintenance packages and payment breakdown in a concise and organized manner and had me out the door and in my brand-new 2025 Mazda 3 in mere minutes! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with these guys, their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none, and I'd strongly recommend anybody interested in purchasing a Mazda to pay the team at Heritage Mazda of Towson a visit! 10/10 !! More
