James was great at communicating with us in our iintial inquiry thru the Costco Auto Program. He wasn’t there the day when he set us up with a test drive. Edo came in to go over the Costco Program, but Mike did the everything else. He made the test and sales process so much easier than my last car buy. Mike was very informative on the Ascent and the other car makes and models we were considering.
