I didn't trust dealerships so I had another mechanic replace my rear brakes, but still no luck, he then replaced my front brakes, rotors, brake hose, one caliper and master cylinder (a spare one that I had), still my rear brakes wouldn't work. I had no choice but to take it to Seeger Toyota and THANK GOD I DID! They worked on it for a week and walked me through everything they did, before they did it. They were very concerned about my safety and wouldn't give up until they had my brake system 100%. They even loaned me a vehicle to drive until they fixed my truck. I am disabled and have very limited income, so I was terrified of the costs but they totally worked with me so that I could afford it. I was driving a death trap but not any more. They saved my life and I will always be grateful to them! From now on, Seeger Toyota will be my only choice for all major repairs! More

Service department has REALLY improved, lately … everyone at this dealership has a nice VIBE (helpful, courteous, but never pushy or annoying). Gary Lewis is my car guy, but ALL the salespeople are awesome. at this dealership has a nice VIBE (helpful, courteous, but never pushy or annoying). I took my truck in last week to have it checked over and a tire sensor changed, not a scratch on it inside or out, I just bought it, owned less than two weeks. Did a full walk around before I walked in with a tire sensor changed, not a scratch on it inside or out, I just bought it, owned less than two weeks. Did a full walk around before I walked in with my keys. After several days past when we were told it would be done, we were told it was ready. Upon arrival the person working the service desk, walked out on us. We found someone willing to help get us the keys and paperwork. Finally after a whole lot of drama and excuses we were able to get what we were supposed to in order to leave. I went to get in my truck and noticed the mint condition driver door panel looked as if someone took there keys to it and the seat had oil and dirt like someone had been climbing in and out after being underneath on the shop floor. Red mud on tires I was told came from the shop door. I have low jack, according to my low jack this truck did more than travel in and out of the shop. The passenger seat also has oil stains. The dealer offered to fix it and I took them up on the offer, they took the truck I. The shop and wiped the seats, still didn’t get it all, when I said the door was still just as bad as it was, the manager standing over my shoulder was nice enough to tell me that they are scratches not dirt and that there is nothing they can do to fix them. I need a new interior door panel and as is, I’m going to have to go to another shop just to get the doors to shut correctly. I feel that if your going to use this dealer for anything that you should think twice and make sure you get full photo documentation before letting them near it. More

Stu is first rate. He answers all of my parts and tire questions and explains the pluses and minuses of going one way or another when I have to make 'preference' choices. I never have to worry about keep questions and explains the pluses and minuses of going one way or another when I have to make 'preference' choices. I never have to worry about keeping track of anything: he is functional and organized. Plus, he's always polite and friendly--and he's a Kansas City Chiefs fan--so, I always enjoy talking to him when I go in to get something! PS: the service department is first rate. Love servicing my truck there; its' never a hassle, they know what they're doing, and their techs are highly competent. More

It's all about the customer! So I finally decided to get a brand new vehicle, they gave me a very good price for my trade in, a good price for the new vehicle and each and every person at the dealership took time to explain the process, made sure I was in the right vehicle with no pressure to buy something more expensive or to even buy anything. They let me be in charge of what I wanted or didn't want. I've been to other dealerships over my lifetime and none have even come close to the service level of this dealership. More
