100% ripoff Would appreciate a refund. Since I felt nothing was done. I paid $195 to be told engine light was bad battery.Was told 30 month battery with install would be close to $400 My b Since I felt nothing was done. I paid $195 to be told engine light was bad battery.Was told 30 month battery with install would be close to $400 My battery still had replacement warranty with free install and a 5 year vs 30 month battery. So chose to get battery replaced elsewhere Engine light came back on so I called you guys and was told that since I didnt buy your battery, I would have to pay another $195 diagnostic. Since leaving your shop and not buying your battery ended the first diagnostic. I never recived and findings on the code reading for my engine light.They said they checked my battery and started, yet I can't really believe that. I dont think nothing was done after noticing the battery. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed one would be calling me back. That was nearly a week ago now.I would please like a refund for this terrible service. More

I was never told the price of the service prior to it being done. I assumed it would be around the same as the KIA dealership back home. However it was a lot more!!! I feel like this should have been dis being done. I assumed it would be around the same as the KIA dealership back home. However it was a lot more!!! I feel like this should have been discussed with me BEFORE hand!! I was not expecting to pay 130 dollars for an oil change!!! More
