When I bought my car in august the sales man Victor was extremely helpful. However the finance manager seemed helpful at first I later realized that the extent of my warranty wasn't not fully explained. My extremely helpful. However the finance manager seemed helpful at first I later realized that the extent of my warranty wasn't not fully explained. My car was taken to their shop for a total of 5 days. Only for them to release it back to me saying nothing was wrong. A month later the issue occurred again and I had a second opinion taken and the issue was resolved immediately. In an attempt to have these issues resolved I was called a liar and hung up on by three managers who refused to listen to anything I had to say. I didn't want money, I didn't want special treatment. I just wanted my car fixed when I originally took it in. More

Wife purchased a Expedition over the internet and signed the deal on Oct. 27. as of Dec. 2 we still do not have paperwork to get it tagged. Told it would be overnighted 3 days ago. Still no paperwork. Facin the deal on Oct. 27. as of Dec. 2 we still do not have paperwork to get it tagged. Told it would be overnighted 3 days ago. Still no paperwork. Facing late fees , penalties and a ticket for an improper tag. They use a vendor to do this they say but dont know the vendors name to get a carrier and tracking number. When wife picked up SUV it had not been cleaned and only given 1 key without disclosing it only had 1 key. Should have had 2. Contacted on several occasions with no response. Sent email to several in the command chain with no response. Poor communications and follow up after the sales on critical issues. If you go their way PLEASE Buyer Beware... More
