Fitzgerald Subaru of Rockville is overall a good place to get your car serviced. They are fairly quick and communicate well. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected from a dealership. The work d get your car serviced. They are fairly quick and communicate well. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected from a dealership. The work done is good with no issues. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the valet drivers moved the seat, steering wheel, and side mirror positions which I had to reset when I got my car back. This is not a huge deal but just wondering if it’s necessary since they were only driving it around the building. I can understand if these things are adjusted for a thorough test drive on the street but not when the car just gets moved around on the dealer lot. Nevertheless, my overall experience so far with this place over the past year has been good. More

Great service. Kudos to your crew in the Service office. On 6/19/26 around 1:45 pm there was a very obnoxious and irate woman complaining about the service charge Kudos to your crew in the Service office. On 6/19/26 around 1:45 pm there was a very obnoxious and irate woman complaining about the service charge on credit card payments. She was very rude and going out of her way to make a scene. Your guys remained calmed and handled the situation well despite her attempts to bait them.. More
