My 2015 golf failed inspection March 1 due to a emissions problem covered by warranty. It's August and no response from dick ide on when the part will come in. They don't even call me back. VW no help eit problem covered by warranty. It's August and no response from dick ide on when the part will come in. They don't even call me back. VW no help either. Pathetic customer service to a once loyal vw customer, no more after this treatment l. After placing this review I did get a call from Joe F at the dealer. I do appreciate that but I still have no resolution to the issue. More

V W is doing a poor job of promoting what is a pretty good product and potentially a very loyal customer by not turning out cars they way they should. I love the product but had to take a vehicle that wasn’t what I really wanted because of their shortsightedness with the market. Fix the supply chain and they’ll fix a lot of problems. More

David is by far the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. He is responsive, thorough and takes the time to go over any questions or concerns one might have during the process of acquiring a new vehicle. We met David Ruzhansky almost a year ago when we were looking to replace our 2006 Passat with a new vehicle. At that time we looked at new and used vehicles but nothing seemed to worked for us. A few months later we visited again and David very thoroughly explained all the features of a 2022 Tiguan SEL R-Line that was coming soon. After expressing our interest David advised us to secure the vehicle with a down payment and within in a few weeks we became the proud owners of an amazing VW Tiguan. David was very professional, answering all our questions and making the whole car buying experience the best we ever had.
