Walter is the reason we purchaced again (3rd vehicle) from Silsbee. He has always done a great job in making sure we have the best experience. We were very disappointed however that the check ran thr from Silsbee. He has always done a great job in making sure we have the best experience. We were very disappointed however that the check ran through 2 days early even after Walter wrote the office paperwork to run the check on Wed. With the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend it took a day or 2 longer than we would have liked to get the transfers into the account as we would have liked. You can imagine how we felt seeing y'all ran the check on Monday instead of what was agreed to. Insufficient funds is not something I ever want to see and because of this I was running around to the banks etc. trying to clear it up instead of being at my job. More
