Not a bad experience They advertise on their website that you can get a $25 gift card if you test drive a vehicle from them. Not only did i test drive one, but I ended up purchasing. I've put of writing this review because I hoped they would deliver on the gift card, but its been over 3 weeks and they still have not. My sales guy said he has left messages with the Director to get this to me. I also emailed and left a vm for the Director and he has yet to call me back. Very frustrating considering i just purchased a vehicle that cost 34k. Car buying experience was not bad. My sales guy was nice and very helpful. I would recommend them if you are looking for a car. Just dont try and get in touch with the Director of Ops -JP. More

When we were going through the sale of our new Genesis, and then working with the gentleman that put the permanent plate on our car a month later, I was not pleased. As a matter of fact, I was rather vehe and then working with the gentleman that put the permanent plate on our car a month later, I was not pleased. As a matter of fact, I was rather vehement that we would not be returning to this dealership for any service or future purchases. However, that opinion changed following an email I wrote Mr. Durst expressing my concerns. Within a day I was in contact with James Plessinger, whom I can honestly say set us on a path that thoroughly exceeded my customer service expectations. James and Chuck did everything in their power to rectify the situation, and we would buy another Hyundai simply to be able to work with them again. Between the two of them, I felt like our transaction actually meant something to the dealership, and we will certainly be returning to work with the service department on our new Hyundai. When we decide to trade in our Jeep, we will request the help of James Juarez, James Plessinger, and Chuck Tremper. What started out as mediocre quickly became off the charts spectacular. More

We previously purchased two Elantras from Rickey and the great team at Sport Durst. So when our Elantra was totaled, we immediately went back to Sport Durst and they were great. Tony is the best, he takes care of your sale from start to finish and he even helped me get what I wanted out of my trade (much more than I had really expected). The best part is Tony and James went out and found my car for me. Our last purchase, a 2011 Sonata for my wife was bought off the lot. This car, a 2013 Genesis Coupe was hand picked to meet my specifications, and I still got a great deal on it! Not to mention Mesha Hawkins was able to find me a lower interest rate.
