James was so helpful in assisting us with our purchase! He was so patient and went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle to drive home. He’s very funny and extraordinarily kind. His sense of humor went a long way, making us feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Not to mention, he and the dealership were happy to work with us as we planned around our budget. Would highly recommend James for anyone looking to purchase a car from Scott Clark Toyota. More

After more problems with the used car I bought found out that my AC unit was not working to get back to Scott Toyota. Unfortunately they didn’t wanna cover it with the warranty. I had to pay $2800 out of po that my AC unit was not working to get back to Scott Toyota. Unfortunately they didn’t wanna cover it with the warranty. I had to pay $2800 out of pocket they say that they were going to refund $100 to me for the bill because when I received the bill it was saying $2500 to repair the AC. The shop manager really didn’t try to speak to me but another manager within the service area he spoke to me, tried to show me the difference in the bill as well as the variations to why the bill went from $2500-$2800 again stated that he would give me $100 refund back on the bill which would take a couple weeks as of this time I have still not received that. I also had a we owe you kind ticket ( there version of an IOU) for a radio button to which the sales person Perkins has not called me back about nor has anyone really tried to talk to me about that. If I had it to do all over again I would have done more research. They look down on you for not buying there 600-1000 tires. More

Bought a car from them recently, customer service was pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, but cenventially failed to mention a $1300 maintenance fee. It was on one of the papers I signed, but then again they had me sign 20 of them. Now they won't answer calls or respond to emails asking about passing this cost on to the customer and what they even did that cost that much. Technically not illegal, but scam adjacent. Can't even get into contact to cancel the service plan, would prefer to spend that money with a business I can actually trust. More

I have purchased cars for myself and my entire family with the help of Dustin. Toyotas are great cars, but even greater because of him. If you are in the market for a car you have to go see him. They find a way to make the things work. The sale person and the sale manager (Dustin) did great yesterday in my buying process.
