Friendly & professional and lots of space in their waiting lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, water and big flat screen TV. Only waited a little over an hour compared to 2 to 4 hours at other deal waiting lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, water and big flat screen TV. I would not take even a bicycle there. They lie like a rug and are very very unreliable especially the Service Supervisor and the service personnel with whom we were always in contact.
