Very disappointed they chose to charge $168 to change a fuse. Very definitely could have considered it part of the "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. Seems like not a good PR move to me. Tori Tomlin is a diamond in the rough I have now gotten two SUVs from here my daughter and I both bought one with her. Tori is so personable it was mother's Day weekend and she brought me flowers and they two SUVs from here my daughter and I both bought one with her. Tori is so personable it was mother's Day weekend and she brought me flowers and they were my favorite. She reached out to my husband to find out what I liked and it was here when I came in. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She send texts just to see how it was going with the new truck. She knows how much I work and she worked with me to make sure I could get in. I will ONLY work with Tori and she is one of a kind and she feels like family. She even stayed with us until we were done and the dealership was closed.
