We had a great experience buying our used car with our salesman James Menzies. In the past, I have hated buying cars through dealerships and would much rather have a tooth pulled without anesthesia. The salesmen usually seem to only care about one thing: getting the most money out of you. It never felt like that dealing with James. He said that they do not work on commissions, and it felt like that through the whole process. It seemed as if his goal was to find us the right car and that he was more interested in providing great service so that we would want to recommend him to our friends. That's exactly what we are going to do. It's a smart business model, and one I would like to encourage. More

We bought a car from Don Mealy Subaru Sport (North) approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking. James Menzies hand approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking. James Menzies handled the purchase & delivery of our new Forester efficiently & professionally. This is our first Subaru. We both drove older, "low-tech" cars. James had incredible patience & skill explaining the myriad of "modern" features on our new car. James is a true asset to this dealership. Thank you James! Sorry it took me so long to post this. Daymon Serna did a great job as our "Love Encore" specialist. We did the follow-up visit virtually, as we don't live in Orlando. More

I was extremely happy purchasing our new vehicle from Don Mealey Sport Subaru. All of their staff are very friendly and go out of their way making you feel comfortable. Wendell Ruiz spent a lot of time a Mealey Sport Subaru. All of their staff are very friendly and go out of their way making you feel comfortable. Wendell Ruiz spent a lot of time assisting me with all aspects of the purchase. Wendell not only explained in great detail the vehicle features, he also demonstrated each feature during my test drive. I found Wendell to be an extremely pleasant gentleman and knowledgeable salesman who showed keen interest in my customer satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with from my initial inquiry, thru Sales, then Financing, and finally Management, was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. Thank you Sport Subaru! My Wife loves her new Forester. I'll definitely be back for our next car. More
