James puts the beyond in above and beyond. He seriously does the absolute most for his customers. He doesn’t treat you like a typical salesman. This dealership was the only one in Cleveland that had a mini van on their lot. They had a nice selection to choose from and were very helpful. James was top of the line! I couldn't have asked for a better mini van on their lot. They had a nice selection to choose from and were very helpful. James was top of the line! My wife and I recently purchased a car from Honda of Cleveland and it was a great car buying experience. James Matthews was our sales rep, and Lindsey Thomas was our Sales Manager. Both James and Lind Cleveland and it was a great car buying experience. James Matthews was our sales rep, and Lindsey Thomas was our Sales Manager. Both James and Lindsey were genuinely interested in our story of what we were looking for and why. We walked in to Honda of Cleveland to purchase a car, and we walked out of Honda of Cleveland with a new car and 2 new friends. This is our second purchase from Honda of Cleveland (2020) and both experiences were great, but this one was exceptional. James and Lindsey were (and are) hard working and knowledgeable and will do everything possible to get you what you want. More

I recently bought a car from Honda of Cleveland and James Matthews was my sales rep. James went out of his way to get me what I wanted for my trade in. He took such good care of me while I was there. My time was very limited and he went out of his way to get me in and out quickly. I teach school and a business owner as well.
