I having been buying Chevy & GMAC vehicles all my life but never have I experienced the level of unprofessional, shady and surpulous practices I sucome to by SERRA Chevrolet, agent JAMES LEE, and financia but never have I experienced the level of unprofessional, shady and surpulous practices I sucome to by SERRA Chevrolet, agent JAMES LEE, and financial mnger JAMES COLOVOS. I would NEVER recommend this dealership or agent to ANYONE not evn a enemy if I had one. After a legal review of my contract & ALL the missing pages and xx ADD-ON CHARGES that INFLATED the purchase price of the vehicle, I not only tried to resolve this matter w/ them(which they weren't willing to ablog not completely), but removed $5,270.00 after pressure from the bank and being RED FLAG and INVESTEGATED for FRAUD. Although I'm still in the fight about the purchase and practices regarding my CONSUMER TRANSACATION... I encourage and challenge ANYONE who has ever did business w/ JAMES LEE, JAMES COLOVOS or any of those shady dealers at SERRA, to look over your retail sales purchase agreement (contract) because the Law states its never to late to sue for FRAUD. When I WIN my case I will be sure to inform future patrons of this dealership of my journey down this rabbit hole and VICTORY came to be. So maybe I should be thanking them,for making me READ the laws and learing about my rights, titles and intrest I'm entitled to claim. More

I returned the 6th car I had leased through this dealership on 2/28/22. I was "greeted" by Mr. Lee who informed me that GMF was looking for the car and there were all kinds of "red flags" on my acc dealership on 2/28/22. I was "greeted" by Mr. Lee who informed me that GMF was looking for the car and there were all kinds of "red flags" on my account loudly in the showroom. This was not true verified through GMF immediately after dropping the car off. They informed me that I had met the terms of the lease agreement. Mr. Lee did not complete any end of lease paperwork although I requested it. He gave me two forms to sign. They were not filled in. I felt I was "pushed" out of the door because I wasn't getting another car. The lease I returned was a 2019 Trax with around 12,000 miles and like brand new. I was ill at this visit and did not feel like debating with Mr. Lee about how he was handling this transaction. I just wanted to complete the terms of the lease as a long time good customer. I felt embarrassed and totally disrespected because other customers were able to hear what was going on. More
