While waiting for service, I was told I needed a new Windshield Washer since mine was not working. It was ordered and paid for at the end of my service. I never really paid attention to the passenger Windshield Washer since mine was not working. It was ordered and paid for at the end of my service. I never really paid attention to the passenger side windshield wiper. I was never called that the part came in and now that I pay attention to the passenger wiper, I don't see anything wrong with it. It would like to get this incident straightened out and get a refund for the part I paid for.--also if the part were replaced, there would also be an additional charge for labor. Sincerely JD More
