But the service advisor James try to convince me that I don't have to change my Oil, because is on 40%, I told him is more than 6 mount and I have to. He said if I want to change the oil, I have to pay because I didn't by the Diler warranty. My car is 18 Monts and should be free, because of factory warranty. Then we go to the service Manager, and she told him oil should be changed. In this matter of spiking if the car has 3 ears or 36 months warranty always count what came first, but not for the oil if I don't pay. What a contradiction according to a service advisor.

My car has only 60k miles on it and they want me to change brake and transmission fluids at an exorbitant price.
