I've been getting the four Hondas in my family serviced at Midlands for over six years now, and James Kunkle has been one of my selections every time. Cannot overstate how great their service is, and Jame at Midlands for over six years now, and James Kunkle has been one of my selections every time. I bought my Honda Accord in 2016 n I’ve been bringing my car for services. Mr. Jim kunkle is my service advisor n he’s the best!! I would not deal with anyone else!! He’s very respectful, he’s always been h car for services. Mr. Jim kunkle is my service advisor n he’s the best!! I would not deal with anyone else!! He’s very respectful, he’s always been honest with me n I trust him a 1000% with my car!!! He’s truly a GREAT guy n he deserves so much more!! Change of heart Initially shopping for a used car but ended up buying a new one. During the test drive of the used car, I noticed vibrations and noise but the salesm Initially shopping for a used car but ended up buying a new one. During the test drive of the used car, I noticed vibrations and noise but the salesman denied hearing/feeling anything. Not impressed with denial. Almost left without shopping further. When taken to the sales office, I expressed an interest in a car of a different color that was parked next to the one I test drove. They did not know about it. Turns out the lot manager was unloading a truck, processing them for the sales lot and bringing them out. I had to take the salesman out to the lot again to show him there were other colors. During the finance process, my agent was pleasant to deal with, but I had to let him know I had already been approved for a lower rate through another lender that this dealership actually uses. I think sometimes they could probably do better for their customers if they screened lenders better. More
