The work was satisfactory, but the cashier needs a lot more training. She said she has been there for over a year, but really was not that customer friendly. She also kept complaining about things the c more training. She said she has been there for over a year, but really was not that customer friendly. She also kept complaining about things the company did not allow her to do, which I didn't feel was necessary to say to customers. Thank goodness for the Service Manager because he was extremely understanding of my concerns. I bought my vehicle at this dealership and have had one or two repairs made there. I do not live in Hendersonville, so I have to make special trips to have service done. I don't trust the dealership where I live, so I don't do business with them. So, if I can't get better service from the cashier than I did this time, I will probably take my business to Shelby. More

DO NOT have your jeep serviced done here! 30 years of experience and can't find a bad ECU wire harness that controls sensors codes of oil pressure , throttle body ... They will replace eve 30 years of experience and can't find a bad ECU wire harness that controls sensors codes of oil pressure , throttle body ... They will replace everything associated to the problem to collect money for parts not needed. 4 tries later and like we said bad wire to the ECU unit would've fixed it the first time. Hopefully they will own up to mistake and issue a refund for faulty charges. More

Avoid this place at all costs! !! I brought my Charger in for a recall on the airbags and was told there was also a recall on the alternator and that they would have to order parts !! I took it in on Wednesday and asked if I would have the car back that day as I have a seizure dog and cannot be without a car incase he starts clustering. I was assured it was a one day job. I get a call a few hours later saying the broke a bolt getting the alternator out and that they needed to order a timing cover and would have it Thursday late afternoon and I would have my car back today. I call this morning to make sure they will have it ready and am now told that the part didn't come in and that it is on a national backorder and they can't tell me when they will have my car back to me. I advised that I need a vehicle in the meantime and was told they don't participate in a replacement vehicle program and I would need to call Mopar. I called Mopar and they advised the dealership is responsible to provide a loaner vehicle or rental which AutoStar is refusing to do. So now I have no car (but still have to make payments), nor do I know when I will have a car as they can't get the replacement part that they broke. The service manager advised this is a common occurrence with the bolts breaking. So why would you not be sure you could get the parts to replace this common occurrence before you take someones car in and cause it to be undrivable. I have had this car for almost four years and have never had an issue and now I am without a car for the unforseeable future due to a safety recall and neither the dealership or the manufacturer are making this right??? And right at the time I was shopping around for a new Charger. Guess I will avoid not only this dealership but Dodge or anything Mopar all together if they don't even stand behind their recalls and can somehow justify leaving someone without a car and without any answers on when they will even have a car back is unacceptable. Their lack of concern is disgusting. Beware if you have a Mopar vehicle prior to taking it in for a recall as the lady at Mopar told me that a number of their parts are on national backorder with no projected date as to when they will have them in stock. More

I have always hated the car buying experience. To much pressure and just too stressful. The experiance that I just had at AutoStar was the very opposite. It would take several pages to explain my exceptional experience in detail, so I won't be doing that. The entire sales and finance team lived up to what I learned to be the owners mantra. "Treat our customers like family." As I complimented various employees throughout the experience this is what I was told. I have never met the owner, but trust me, your staff is living it out. My purchase came with no hassles and no pressure, none! I can't believe that I am saying this, but, it was honestly a pleasure. My purchase at AutoStar started with James the Service Manager. Over the last year, he has changed the service department! Service has also become a good experience and now it is with people that I trust. Had this transformation not have happened I wouldn't have been buying a car here. This purchase ends with Alejandro, Jorge, both Dustins, Cameron, Weston, and last but not least, Connie, who took my money. May it be known that I was happy when I gave her my hard earned dollars. Autostar Hendersonville, it is my humble opinion that you are setting the bar by raising the standards in the auto industry. I was really pleased with the service I received yesterday. I had a check engine light come on while driving back home to SC. They were able to squeeze me in to check out my car. The service advisor yesterday. I had a check engine light come on while driving back home to SC. They were able to squeeze me in to check out my car. The service advisor kept me informed during the entire repair. I didn’t mind the wait because of them taking my car in without an appointment. The service advisor even let me know that my car was almost due for an oil change as well and they took care of that while it was in the shop. The service advisor was even kind enough to find me a coupon for the oil change. I’m very happy with the work they did on my car. More
