Relocated to Hendersonville in 2006 from the Houston Texas area with my wife and youngest of 3 sons. I have worked for several manufacturers, including Honda for 30 years prior to coming to CDJR. We all enjoy the mountains and frequently visit the many trails in the area for hiking and observing nature. Glad to be a part of the Autostar Family!

My entire family has used Auto Star for their service needs so I didn't give it a second thought...boy!...I should've! Dropped my Dodge Ram 1500 off on April 3rd and it wasn't ready until June 17th, when needs so I didn't give it a second thought...boy!...I should've! Dropped my Dodge Ram 1500 off on April 3rd and it wasn't ready until June 17th, when I get to the dealership I had to find out for myself that my truck had been hit by what I was later told a 18 wheeler damaging my bumper,I didn't make it 10 miles down the road before the same warning lights and check engine light came back on. When I spoke with AutoStar I was told to bring it back in and they would take another look at it and fix the damage to the bumper as well...so the following week I drove the nearly two hour trip again and dropped the vehicle off, thankfully it took only days and not months to get a response back from AutoStar about the status of my vehicle and I was told this time that it was a sensor that needed to be replaced, that same week the repairs were completed and again I make the nearly two hour drive to retrieve my vehicle and when I get there instead of finding out that my vehicle had been hit by a 18 wheeler I find that a somewhat expensive code reader that I had in my vehicle had been stolen. When confronted the manager said that I had to purchase another code reader at my expense and I could bring the receipt in and I would then be reimbursed..since I did not have the original receipt, this time I didn't even make it 5 miles away from the dealership before again the same warning lights as well as the check engine light came back on 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬...needless to say I will not be returning to AutoStar and nether will my family members, so just beware of this dealership and it's service department!!!🤬 More

The work was satisfactory, but the cashier needs a lot more training. She said she has been there for over a year, but really was not that customer friendly. She also kept complaining about things the company did not allow her to do, which I didn't feel was necessary to say to customers. Thank goodness for the Service Manager because he was extremely understanding of my concerns. I bought my vehicle at this dealership and have had one or two repairs made there. I do not live in Hendersonville, so I have to make special trips to have service done. I don't trust the dealership where I live, so I don't do business with them. So, if I can't get better service from the cashier than I did this time, I will probably take my business to Shelby. More
