Paolo was willing to go the extra mile with me--a first timer for LEASING a car--usually a ten year car owner. This was my first experience with Audi and Paolo. He's a great guy who's willing to help you every step of the way! So far, I'm enjoying my Q5 and appreciate all of the help I was given! He made sure I left with a smile on my face! Everyone I met at this dealership was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was given a brief "introduction" to all of the amenities of my new car and encouraged to come back as many times as I wanted to "review" all aspects of the car.
