We went to Arrigo in West Palm, off Okeechobee rd and was very disappointed with the experience overall. Arrigo in sawgrass restored our faith in Arrigo dealerships. We were able to find the truck we wanted very disappointed with the experience overall. Arrigo in sawgrass restored our faith in Arrigo dealerships. We were able to find the truck we wanted and at a reasonable price. We are more than happy with James and Vince and the way it all worked out. They worked with us and were considerate to our needs. Highly recommend and will be shopping with them for our next purchase. More

Hello, I bought 2025 Ram 1500 right before Thanksgiving and on my way home I stopped at gas station and when I was trying to leave my car didn’t start! It was a very late time closer to midnight and the me and on my way home I stopped at gas station and when I was trying to leave my car didn’t start! It was a very late time closer to midnight and the message on the display was showing that “key has left the vehicle “ while key was in my pocket. After few hours keep trying to start the car I was able to do so when my car key was closed to start / stop button. I brought car back to the dealer the very next day and after few hours spending at the dealership I was told that my car keys were reorder and I should get them in the few days and since then no one called me back I did call almost every day asking for help but no result. Right now it takes time to start the car but every other minute vehicle makes loud noise that key has left the vehicle! Additionally I spoke to finance manager and she ensured me that she will take care of me but after receiving my missing phone bill she stopped answering me calls and messages. This approach reminds me a simple formula “ We will promise you best service and terms but after you signed the contract no one cares and I’m thinking it’s wrong approach “ My car sitting in the parking lot for 10 straight days I’m thinking how I can return this car back and go to another dealer who can take care of his customers. I’m very, very disappointed! I didn’t brought this issue to the public chats but I’m thinking about if dealer won’t do anything until next few days I’ll bring it life by Christmas.
