It took more than a month to get my service appointment. When I brought my car in they gave me a loaner saying it might be a while. It has been NINE days now and NO ONE will tell me the status of my vehicle When I brought my car in they gave me a loaner saying it might be a while. It has been NINE days now and NO ONE will tell me the status of my vehicle which is in for recall work and an analysis of why the mileage is erratic on my Q4 étron. I am disgusted at the poor service and lack of information. More

He went through great lengths to locate vehicles that fit our needs and went out of his way on a chilly March afternoon to print out Monroney stickers for at least a half dozen cars - as we vacillated between SUVs & sedans. Then he allowed both of us to drive miles at residential through interstate speeds so that we could fully evaluate every aspect of the driving experience of our future used vehicle. He was fully knowledgeable and made the car buying process easy, efficient, and satisfying.
