My Highlander was in for recall work and a service. I am learning it is nothing like owning a gasoline only car and the oil doesn’t get changed near as often as my other cars did. I appreciated the f I am learning it is nothing like owning a gasoline only car and the oil doesn’t get changed near as often as my other cars did. I appreciated the fact that I had a shuttle thru Uber to take me home and pick me up. The vehicle was finished sooner than I expected and was thrilled that they called right away. The Uber came within 15 minutes to bring me back to the dealership. One thing though is when I was waiting for the Uber to take me home, there was nowhere to sit outside where I had to wait. A bench would be a nice addition. More

The timing of the service was as communicated. However, the service rep didn't introduce themselves, so I didn't have a name to follow up with.
