Hate to say this but salesperson unresponsive twice. Initial meeting weeks ago gave him my contact information and never heard back; he said he lost or misplaced it. Couple weeks later have been trying to arrange 2nd meeting for a test drive even via phone today at 1 PM, his idea, but was brushed off a couple of times via texts and never had the phone call. It's clear he doesn't want to or doesn't know how to sell me an NX 250 or NX 350 so will be trying other dealerships. More

OUT-OF-TOWN BUYERS BEWARE! These guys sold a car out from under me while I was in the process of buying it. After the sales person assured me that they don't do this, the sales manager, two days later, sold the car that I had committed to buying - in writing (with the sales person) the day before. I had agreed to fly to Manchester and had even found my own financing (when the finance guy wasn't in store when I started the process). I see not just questionable ethical behavior by the sales manager and a policy that wouldn't allow me to complete the process online/from out-of-state, I also fault the sales person who demonstrated no urgency whatsoever in completing my sale. He didn't even see my written acceptance (in my "profile") until the end of the day AFTER it was sent -- and only then when I called to find out why he didn't respond earlier - with the excuse, "it was very busy here today." More

I was at the IRA Lexus Dealership today for a 5,000 mile service on my 2024 RX350h. Laurie, my customer service representative, is always pleasant, professional, and efficient. Equally as pleasant and efficient was Barry, the greeter, who attends to the vehicle. Laurie also went out of her way to ask James, a salesperson, to help me with a couple of questions regarding the use of some of the apps in the car. James was outstanding. More

After extensive research and multiple Lexus dealership visits I was finally able to locate the GX460 I wanted with a price that I was beyond thrilled with at Lexus of Manchester. The sales team, specifically James Hennessey, was a dream to work with. No pressure, fully transparent, and beyond knowledgeable of the vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership, and James as a sales consultant, especially if you are a well educated consumer that wants no xx. He will one up you on your intel unlike other salesmen who have no clue when it comes down to model specs and stats. Drove 2 hours from Cape Cod and was in an out in 1.5 hours. Car was pristine and waiting in the showroom bay. First Lexus, (prior SUV was a MB in constant need of repairs) and after 2 days of driving the GX I’d never go back. If you want luxury along with dependability do yourself a favor and buy a Lexus. Also, if you are a female that doesn’t need a man to go with you to buy a car James totally passes the not a “creep” test More
