**** AVOID ALL GUNTHER STORES ****Purchased a car 3 **** AVOID ALL GUNTHER STORES **** Purchased a car 3 months ago (2017 CERTIFIED Jetta that was supposed to be gone over). Now my mother is stuck st **** AVOID ALL GUNTHER STORES **** Purchased a car 3 months ago (2017 CERTIFIED Jetta that was supposed to be gone over). Now my mother is stuck stranded. 25,000 miles and the AC is going out. 25,000 miles and the starter is failing. 25,000 miles and the battery is dying. 25,000 miles and there is a headlight flicker on occasion. 25,000 miles and it's sitting at a VW dealer here in Central Florida who wants to charge me 300.00 for a battery that should have been replaced or checked before hand. Have called VW of Delray and apparently they have no management staff AT ALL at the VW store. The GM is gone, the Sales manager is gone, there is NO ONE there to assist with the issue. This is what you are to expect when buying a car from this dealership? What in the ..k.... Absolutely horrible customer service and no one responds to phone calls. The reception girl leaves you on hold for 12 minutes and 14 minutes respectively. More

Personalized help When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport to get a loaner car, I over heard a conversation between another service tech and a customer, so I guess everyone has a dedicated service tech, which is great! The only complaint is that if you need a loaner car you have to go to Enterprise about 8 miles away and get one from them. I which Gunther would just loan you a VW or Volvo from their lot. It may even boost sales if you loaned a car you never tried and liked it. More
