It was such a pleasure working with Stacy to purchase my truck. Stacy was so kind, helpful, thoughtful and made it an enjoyable experience. Stacy is a very personable person and Criswell is lucky to have her. Moreover, she definitely knows how to do her job and she is very good at it. I never felt like I wasn't getting what I needed or waiting unnecessarily. She was very patient when I had to deal with my bank for the financial transfer and never made me feel rushed, even when I had to take a phone call in the parking lot. Stacy and Criswell were very professional, fair and honest. More

ISABEL BORSUM was an absolute pleasure to work with during my experience of buying my first Jeep! She searched high and low to find the perfect Jeep for me. She was constantly sending me Jeeps to look during my experience of buying my first Jeep! She searched high and low to find the perfect Jeep for me. She was constantly sending me Jeeps to look at and was willing to go a million miles to make sure my car buying experience was the best ever. Once she realized there were no car on the lots that fit exactly what I wanted she helped me custom order my Jeep. I sent her pictures of what I wanted (I had no idea the names of the parts, lifts, wheels, tires, etc. but Isabel made it happen as you can see my beautiful white Jeep pictured... she did an amazing job and I couldn't have done it without her!!)). Her counterpart Rick in finances sealed the deal and helped me through the financing process so smoothly! And James in the service department has been my go to guy whenever I need service done or have questions about my Jeep! He is so helpful and so sweet and sometimes will even take my car over for a car wash if he has time! I had a wonderful experience from the start and do you want to know the thing I love most? It been a year since I bought my Jeep and I still interact with Isabel and she is still so helpful with anything I need! She is always willing to help guide me with anything I need and answer questions about my jeep. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT SALESWOMAN! GREAT DEALERSHIP! 10/10 recommend. More

I was looking to get out of my Ford Escape for a while now, where I had a bad Sales and Service experience. Which made me nervous this go-round, but Kathryn and everybody else at Criswell were amazing. Ka now, where I had a bad Sales and Service experience. Which made me nervous this go-round, but Kathryn and everybody else at Criswell were amazing. Kathryn knew what I was looking for and price range, She was very patient with me as I fell in love with every vehicle I test drove. I can't believe it took me this long to trade up. Katherine has also been there when I have silly follow-up questions, had gotten back to me right away. The experience at Criswell was by far the best car buying experience I've been a part of. Also my service provider James has been wonderful, really takes the headache out of taking my car into the shop. I highly recommend Criswell to everybody I can talk to about it! More
