I have an older model BMW - one that requires a bit of tender loving care at times. My calls and inquiries to the service department, specifically James Gibbons, are answered promptly and always respectfully with no sense of rushing or impatience. Details of mechanical issues are explained clearly and realistic and reasonable cost estimates are provided. The exceptional quality of work performed on my cars provides me an invaluable sense of comfort for myself and my family. I would also like to mention the exceptional provision of a loaner vehicle which I am most appreciative.
