I wear hearing aids and could only hear muffled voice as he walked away. I need people in my direction to hear them. Rude + ineffective. Will I return? Probably. But when I replace my Escape w/188k miles I will think twice.

Today I visited Ford Folsom Lake for regular maintenance
on my F-150 and to address a few issues with my truck.
First, I worked with Sammie Johnson, who helped me as my service advisor. She was an excell

She was an excellent listener, communicated clearly between the customer and the service department, and made the process very smooth. I was very happy working with her, and I’ll definitely look for Sammie again next time I come in for service.
Additionally, I wanted to replace my tires. Sammie and James William took the time to explain the best tire options for my truck, focusing on fit, quality, and warranty. I’m very satisfied with their guidance and recommendations.
When I came back to pick up my truck, Zoe Dublin assisted me. I had a few additional questions, and she kindly spoke with her manager to make sure everything was fully answered.
All three employees were amazing. I’m truly happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this dealership to others.
