The first person I was to meet with called me 3 times, (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. The other sales person, James was very nice and we had a few very g (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. This whole "way of being" has been consistent and reliable for us since May, 2015. Greg Askew was our sales person for our Versa at that time. He is now one of the top managers for this dealership. This indicates their attitude of being good to their whole team in all the various departments. They all knew my husband who passed away 2 years ago. So now, as a widow of 75, it truly is comforting to have these trusted people to help look after me!!! I wish this type of service for everyone who comes through their door.
