This past summer (July), I purchased a used vehicle and worked with James on the purchase. While the sales process ran smoothly, but unfortunately his follow up on promises written into my purchase contra worked with James on the purchase. While the sales process ran smoothly, but unfortunately his follow up on promises written into my purchase contract have been unfulfilled, ignored, and not taken seriously. I've documented my issues via email and have requested to see the purchase orders for the part(s) with dates of those order request, but that was ignored and I've asked to get connected to the General Manager of the dealership, only to be told that James would get me scheduled for the contractually owed fixed. He responded to my request and promised to get me scheduled the following week.... (It never happened and I'm still waiting...). Do yourself a favor and consider a different salesperson if you end up shopping for a vehicle here. More

I ended up getting into contact with James regarding the vehicle I purchased from here. Not only was James very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge about purchasing used vehicles, but he hel vehicle I purchased from here. Not only was James very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge about purchasing used vehicles, but he helped educate me and made me feel like I was treated well. Anything I had questions or concerns about were addressed and in a very respectful way. Since he was so respectful and understanding, I did not mind driving 1 1/2 hrs away to this specific dealership. He allowed me to really make sure this was the vehicle I wanted. The dealership as a whole however has kind of given me mixed emotions. My first trip, I did not enjoy all too much because I felt like I was testing their patience. However, after my 2nd visit - it seemed to have all been swept under the rug and they treated me like a king. I was also unable to go to the license branch to get my registration due to a sense of procrastination to get my title work sent in. I have requested for a 2nd plate to avoid delinquency fees as it is not my fault that the title work has not been completed. I am writing this review before I have been sent the 2nd plate - so please don’t let me down. Overall, I had a pleasurable experience and have been sold a very reliable and fun vehicle. I highly recommend James Comer, especially if you feel like you need a bit more time to make a decision. He will make sure you are comfortable and he will make sure you’re getting a fair deal. More

My wife and I pulled onto the lot at approximately 5:30PM on a Saturday evening. We had spent the afternoon looking at vehicles and we ourselves were getting tired. I drove around the lot and could not loc on a Saturday evening. We had spent the afternoon looking at vehicles and we ourselves were getting tired. I drove around the lot and could not locate the vehicle we had seen online. The dealership was looking pretty quiet as you can imagine that close to closing time on a Saturday. As we drove by the wash bay, my wife spotted the vehicle we were hoping to look at. As I was driving through the lot slowly, I was flagged down by James Comer who was moving vehicles to prepare for closing I assume. Anyway, James had his window down and asked if he could help. I told him the vehicle we were interested in seeing was in the wash bay. He indicated the vehicle may be sold but it wasn't completely a closed deal, but he could let me know Monday. I provided him my phone number and I was allowed to quickly walk around the vehicle inside the wash bay. A couple things that stuck out to me was that he would not sell a vehicle if he had promised to hold until Monday. Secondly, he could have completely ignored someone driving around the lot that late on a Saturday, but he didn't. The following Monday, James called me and let me know the vehicle was still available if I would like to come see it. I live an hour and half away from Ed Martin and I wanted to, but Monday wasn't going to work for us. James and I scheduled to meet on Wednesday, and we made the trip. We arrived and met with James on a more formal introduction and was provided the keys for a test drive and off we went. We returned and met with James, and I spoke with him about the vehicle. I was very up front with James and in the end, we were able to close the deal. James is a great listener! I wasn't in a position where we had to have a vehicle, which is a blessing. I didn't want to haggle back and forth. I wanted his best offer and if it was acceptable we would move forward. We didn't spend a ton of time going back and forth. I appreciate his willingness to listen. I highly recommend James, and he will be my first call when I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
