I had 3 conditions of my purchase that the sales guy agreed to, and only 2 of them were fulfilled. -A charging cable included (done, thanks!) -Backup camera fixed (still dealing with this weeks later agreed to, and only 2 of them were fulfilled. -A charging cable included (done, thanks!) -Backup camera fixed (still dealing with this weeks later) -Most importantly, I needed the car delivered by a certain day. I said this on the phone when I agreed to the sale, to the sales guy James when I came in to start the paperwork, and again to the finance guy. I even made arrangements to give them an extra day to deliver. When I reached out the day before it was supposed to be delivered, James said that I had agreed to come pick the car up, which was never an option for me. I talked to multiple sales managers, and the best solution they had was "take an Uber and bring us the bill". Not an option when I needed to pick up my baby, fees then dinner, and get them into bed. The used car sales manager tried to xx me that the free delivery offered was only between dealerships and only on certain cars until I quoted him their own website back at him. I had to have 4 phone calls and numerous texts before they finally fulfilled their commitment. The service guy that delivered the car was very nice and polite. The backup camera is it's own saga - they promised to fix it and then said they couldn't get an appointment (but they have their own service shop 🤨) but made an appointment for me at a closer dealership. When I called the closer dealership they had no records of an appointment and I had to wait another 2 weeks to get an assessment and now another week+ to actually get service. Extremely unimpressed with Nucar Volkswagen and I would not recommend buying a car there unless you live very nearby and have time to burn. The price was higher than other dealerships, but I thought it would be worth it with delivery included. Save yourself the dollars and the headache and buy elsewhere! More

I really wish they did not wash my car because it’s absolutely covered in swirls. But other than that it was a solid experience and when I had an issue the service center accommodated me the same day. absolutely covered in swirls. Dealer is engaging in deceptive pricing practices. I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 mon I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 months, they lowered the asking price to $8,900 but when I went to purchase the car, they told me that this new price included the $4,000 EV tax credit. Not only does their math not add up, but they are not even knowledgeable enough to know what the actual EV credit would be on this car. Extremely deceptive pricing practices. Especially considering only a portion of applicants are eligible for the tax credit. Please stay far away from this dealership. I’d be ashamed to be the general manager behind these deceptive practices. More
