Friendly and fast. Dropped my car off for service on my "new" used Ford Escape. James, my service adviser, met me at my car. My car was done quickly and when I went to pick it up, James let me know what they did to the car and let me know that everything looked good. He walked me into the building to the payment desk and I paid and was on my way! Nice, friendly service. More

Conan responded to me, and found several trucks that might interest me, along with up front pricing...competitive pricing. After finding what I wanted, the purchase was no hassle, no pressure. I got the truck I wanted, at a price that was fair. What more could you ask for? More

Excellent place to Buy and get Service Recently, I noted that my original equipment tires were not holding up well. I dropped in to service right after lunch on one day and by the same tim Recently, I noted that my original equipment tires were not holding up well. I dropped in to service right after lunch on one day and by the same time the next day, they had arranged with the tire provided to pay most of the replacement cost and had installed my new tires in time for a family trip. Again, they went beyond what they needed to do in order to provide excellent service. If you are in the market for a car or need service, I recommend Landmark without reservation. More

Consistency is the key I've been a Landmark service customer since we had a 1990 Probe, and I have never had better service anywhere. I believe this is a top to bottom commitment to excellence, from top management to the high school kid who drove me home when I dropped my car off. And, it has been consistent over the decades we've been Landmark customers. No surprises, no drama, no day-today turnover of personnel. Just a job done so well "Exceptional" is no exaggeration. More
