Nathaniel Franco was great to work with. We really appreciated the transparency and friendly way he handled the process. It was also very reassuring when the GM James Calihan came by to greet us and also back the pricing being discussed. I felt the total time it took to get from coming in to completing the paperwork for the purchase could have been a bit faster/more efficient given that it was not super busy, but that was a minor drawback as the overall experience was very positive.
