Was buying new charger. 1st salesman wasted 45 minutes chatting me up and had not started the paperwork yet, then when out and met his wife for a long conversation. I walked 1st salesman wasted 45 minutes chatting me up and had not started the paperwork yet, then when out and met his wife for a long conversation. I walked out. The next trip in (I really wanted the car) I was treated well and closed the deal. Needed to pick up car next day. The new sales rep never went over the car, the warranty or anything else, in fact the only thing done was the car was sorta clean and I had a full tank of gas. Nothing else on their checkout list was done. Best of all the Dodge app would not work and found out one of their employees had previously registered the car on their phone in the app. I was told it was my problem and to work it out. So, I wouldn't buy a xxxx thing from this place if you have a choice. More

I worked with James Brown at North Knox Jeep. He was just such a great guy. First of all, he’s wide awake and just gets what he’s hearing, so miscommunication is not a problem. He’s very respectful of budget and knows how to work with what’s going on with an individual. You understand any dealer wants to sell cars, but with James it becomes clear he cares about the person in front of him and isn’t staring at them as a target. That feels great. Working with him feels like pressure is being taken off, instead of being put on. When you kind of expect to maybe be taken when buying a car, it’s refreshing to feel like someone actually cares about a bigger picture; the person and not the dollar signs. I haven’t bought my car, yet, but exploring and considering and talking with James Brown certainly let me know I’d like to buy from him! More
