Walking in to the showroom at Bright Bay was comforting after having visited a different Mazda dealership prior to Bright Bay. Bright Bay was clean and organized. I did not feel like a "target" at Bright after having visited a different Mazda dealership prior to Bright Bay. Bright Bay was clean and organized. I did not feel like a "target" at Bright Bay. James handled us with integrity and honesty. He was personable and ethical. I felt as though he truly cared about our experience. He never made us feel like the sale was more important than the customer ( which is hard for a salesperson to do ). Kudos to James and Kudos to Bright Bay for making us feel like a member of the Bright Bay family. More
