As per my service appointment, Jr Manager James in service department, treated me well & take care of my vehicle for maintenance. Waiting area was very nice clean and lighted with TV & sofa's. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. My wife called at 8:30am and didn’t talk to anyone until 2pm. Was put on hold several times and was told James would call us back, he never did. Fin My wife called at 8:30am and didn’t talk to anyone until 2pm. Was put on hold several times and was told James would call us back, he never did. Finally took the van in at 3pm and told them we needed the van that night. Honda said no problem. Service shop closed at 6pm and they never called us. I had to get a sales manager to get our van for us. Repair was done but they never finished the paperwork and never called us. Very disappointing More
