Was very fast and polite. Didn’t take up much time. Did most of the negotiations via email and text and then went to the dealership, test drove the car and then bought it. Didn’t take up much time. Did most of the negotiations via email and text and then went to the dealership, test drove the car and then bought it. I spent no more than 1.5 hrs at the dealership. Each person was extremely polite and fun to talk with. More

Was treated like a second hand citizen. Signed for a car that was delivered 3 days later. Was told lie after lie. I have brought all types of cars and have never been treated this way. We overpaid for an oil change and because the car had not reach 10000 miles you charged us for services we did not recieve. Needless to say that was it. I have a BMW I bought at Sewell so you can guess why I reach 10000 miles you charged us for services we did not recieve. Needless to say that was it. I have a BMW I bought at Sewell so you can guess why I expected something better. We asked for an itemized receipt and you team could not provide it. Why I rated you two stars is still a mystery. More
