Let's be honest, the problem is always at the top, and it is clear that there is zero accountability at the top. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommend these folks. This is my second review. After my first review, I received a message from the General Manager asking me to call him directly, along with a phone number. The number was to the switchboard and the young lady that answered the call wasn't sure who the General Manager was but was sure that he was on the phone. He will call you back. He didn't. I called again the next day and was told that Mr. Ali was on the phone but would call me back. He didn't. Next stop AutoNation.
