Great sales staff went above and beyond my expectations. I rated my finance experience low since I felt as if I had to defend every answer as to why I did not want gap coverage, life insurance, tire warran I rated my finance experience low since I felt as if I had to defend every answer as to why I did not want gap coverage, life insurance, tire warranty, or any of the 4 extended warranties offered to me. Simple answer, I may not drive the truck more than 500 miles a month if that. It may just sit in my garage for years, I don’t know. As for other insurances, I was comfortable with assuming those risks myself. Those answers were not readily accepted. More

Bought a truck on Sat. The sales person was awesome. The company let me down. I Was told I could pick it up Monday. Now told it will not be ready till Friday, a full week later as they had to fix a windshie company let me down. I Was told I could pick it up Monday. Now told it will not be ready till Friday, a full week later as they had to fix a windshield and apparently only have 1 person in all of Tampa capable fo such a task.
