We had a great experience at Gladstone Toyota! Jamal was great at not pressuring us and even though they were new to the job, covered all the bases and was as knowledgeable as a new person could b Jamal was great at not pressuring us and even though they were new to the job, covered all the bases and was as knowledgeable as a new person could be! Jamal also found the answers to our questions when they didn’t now. The finance department and managers were helpful and kind. I’ve already recommended Gladstone Toyota to a few people. We love our RAV4 Prime! More
