Pros: The service experience was one of the better one's I've found in the area. Everyone is very kind and seemingly genuine. I really appreciate being greeted by name. Wait times are also very fair. Cons: Having been there before and spending a couple thousand dollars over multiple visits for routine maintenance, I was asked if this was my first time servicing the vehicle at this location upon my arrival at my most recent appointment. Sometimes I am greeted by name; sometimes I'm asked if this is my first time. One of the recommendations given was something I recently had done. When I mentioned that service was recently done, I was told it was recommended based on mileage (even though it was just performed at a prior visit within the same recommended mileage window). Sometimes services are recommended without them checking to see if the services are actually needed. It made me wonder if I said yes to the service, would they have looked to see that it was already recently completed and not needed or would they have just done it again? Keep good service records on your vehicles and know what has and hasn't been done. I can vouch for the work done. They do great work here. More

Very disappointed that the work couldn't be done on my 1st appointment. You knew that I was coming in for break lines and you were not prepared to do the work, so I have to take off work again. I was never told about oil changes being done in the new service area when I made my appointment. And it took an hour and a half for them to do a simple oil change. Probably won't be coming back for service service area when I made my appointment. And it took an hour and a half for them to do a simple oil change. Probably won't be coming back for service again. Totally unacceptable! More
